Planning
& Prioritizing Multiple Projects
Do you feel overwhelmed by the number of projects you
are involved with and need a tool to make rational and
justifiable decisions to prioritize those projects?
Session
Description: Many of us work in a multiple project
environment and can easily become overwhelmed by the
competing demands of several large projects all happening
at the same time or by the fact that there are simply
too many projects to complete. In this workshop we address
the factors you need to consider when deciding how to
prioritize multiple projects and walk participants through
a comprehensive analysis exercise to begin the process
of ranking projects. Discover how to get past the inertia
of overwhelm and into productive and timely activity.
